We realized there wasn’t another recruitment business that can offer our functional expertise and global reach for the future leaders in supply chain, so we decided to pilot a new brand in Hong Kong to focus on supply chain recruitment from analyst to middle-management levels:  Proco Associates.

We have a very different style of management here at Proco Global. It's not for everyone, but we like it and it works for us as a business.

Essentially, once your objectives have been agreed in your first week, you will be given the freedom and autonomy to build your desk in the way that suits your style of working. You can, within the broad definition of your role, organise your own work and day-to-day activities.

This is an important philosophy for us: we are a hungry, ambitious business and we hire hungry, ambitious people. We therefore give you the opportunity and resources you need to succeed here. Your manager won’t sit on your shoulder or micro-manage. That is really not our style, mainly because we don't think it works.

In Proco Resource, you’ll be assigned to various groups and will be able to access all of our learning content as well as marketing materials, questions and answers, videos and ‘How to…’ guides from your desktop or through the app on your smartphone.
