Due to the recent expansion of our group globally we are recruiting for a Senior Figure to be the head of Proco Associates in New York City. This role will be key in the growth of one of our three brands in the region and is a blank canvas for ambitious and driven recruitment professional to build their own team and drive a business to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the P&L of Proco Associates business in New York City
  • Developing relationships with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact with key stakeholders to build positive, productive and long-term corporate relationships
  • Account managing and driving revenue growth within key accounts
  • Ensuring individual and team revenue targets are being met
  • Fronting campaigns to secure top talent for clients
  • Undertaking business development and winning market share for the team
  • Hiring, coaching and managing new team members and building the team
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members to drive their desk forward
  • Playing a key role in the NYC leadership team setting the tone for the whole office
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback as needed
  • Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategy
  • Increase brand awareness for the company within the community
  • Assess market conditions and identify new opportunities
  • Responsibility for forecasting and business plans

Key Requirements:

  • A consistent background and proven success in professional recruitment as well as prior managerial experience from an agency background would be ideal
  • Strong commercial acumen with a natural ability to influence others
  • Strong leadership skills
  • True desire and passion for the business and providing a positive client experience
  • A proven ability to build and drive team success
  • Solutions-driven with strong commercial acumen and a desire to grow and lead a division
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and drive the business forward
  • This is a success-orientated business so the ability and desire to develop and manage client relationships and work to targets is essential
